OEM / OEI (Original Equipment Manufacturer) (Original Equipment Installation) licenses are licenses for computer equipment manufacturers or those who assemble computers.

They pre-install the software and then provide the computers ready for use by end users. OEM licenses are related to the computers on which they are installed, they cannot be moved to other computers.
